1952 Willys M38. Starts easily and idles. Body in very nice condition. Good glass. 4 original M38 wheels. Tires hold air. Original period seats. Currently set up as 12 volt system. Cowl battery box is good. A great jeep for restoration. Frame is very good. Floor boards are solid. Missing air cleaner. No data plates. Plywood has been attached to the seat frames (from a previous cushion installation I believe). Plywood should be easily removed. No title. Sells with a bill of sale.
Starts and runs. Not really road worthy. Brakes are very weak. It will idle OK but could use a good tune up and needs an air cleaner. Will drive onto a trailer without any trouble. Motor runs very strong with no knocking. No smoke. If I was restoring this jeep, I would not even open up the engine.
I don't think you will find a nicer M38 for your restoration project.
